    Informal Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved under the International Commercial Arbitration Court (European Arbitration Chamber, Belgium) per its rules.

Class Actions Waived: Disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of class actions or representative actions.

Exceptions: Disputes involving intellectual property, theft, privacy violations, or injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and may proceed in court.
